CANCELLATION POLICY

• Over 48 hours notice - no fee
• 24-48 hours notice - 20% of treatment cost
• Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of treatment fee
• Complete no show - 100% of treatment fee

All booking fees paid are NON REFUNDABLE.
Please understand that I run a small business and have to provide for my family!
If you don’t turn up/cancel last minute, I don’t get paid.
