CANCELLATION POLICY

ā€¢ Over 48 hours notice - no fee
ā€¢ 24-48 hours notice - 20% of treatment cost
ā€¢ Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of treatment fee
ā€¢ Complete no show - 100% of treatment fee

All booking fees paid are NON REFUNDABLE.
Please understand that I run a small business and have to provide for my family!
If you donā€™t turn up/cancel last minute, I donā€™t get paid.
